​The Ordering Process

Creating your custom piece is simple:

1. ​Select your desired metal and size (1.3cm or 1.6cm).

​2. Upload a high-definition (HD) photo. Important for this collection: Ensure the face is fully visible with no parts cut out of the frame.

3. ​Add Comments at checkout for any specific design requests (e.g., "Please keep the ball in his mouth" or "Stack these specific two charms on the same ring loop").

​4. Place your order.

​Turnaround Times:

​1–3 Charms: 3–5 days courier delivery.

​4–7 Charms: 7–9 days courier delivery.

(Maximum 7 charms per order).
