​The Ordering Process

Creating your custom piece is simple:

1. ​Select your desired metal and size (1.4cm or 1.6cm).

​2. Upload a high-definition (HD) photo of the two subjects. Important for this collection: Ensure the entire bodies of both subjects are fully visible together within the frame with no body parts cut out.

3. ​Add Comments at checkout for any specific design requests. Let us know if a specific object in the photo should be included in the engraving (e.g., "Please include the bouquet we are holding"), or if you would like to stack multiple separate charms together on a single ring loop.

4. ​Place your order.

​Turnaround Times:

​1–3 Charms: 3–5 days courier delivery.

​4–7 Charms: 7–9 days courier delivery.
